The directors of IMC Exploration Group Plc are delighted to announce IMC has been awarded two additional prospecting licences,PL Area 3849 and PL Area 3850 (both in Co. Wicklow)by the Exploration and Mining Division of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural resources. These licences include the historic Avoca mine and are close to where IMC had its recent significant gold discovery yielding 354g/t gold (=11.38oz/t gold).IMC now holds four contiguous exploration licence areas in Co. Wicklow.
The directors of IMC Exploration Group plc ("IMC") are pleased to announce additional assay results from follow up sampling on our Wexford licence PL 2551. Following our announcement of 12 December 2012 regarding Drillhole 12-2551-04 in Co. Wexford where a core interval from 11.50 to 13.00m has yielded 354g/t gold (=11.38oz/t gold), three distinct gold zones, two at shallow depths and a third at a deeper level, have now been identified within this drillhole as follows:

Wexford where a core interval from 11.50 to 13.00m has yielded 354g/t gold (=11.38oz/t gold). Core from this interval comprises vuggy vein quartz and oxidized siltstone. It is fragmented, suggesting a fault zone.

It is with great pleasure that I report on the first full year of activities. The Company has made significant progress to date, with a well-funded drilling programme continuing apace.
On the 26th October 2011 the Company announced the commencement of an eighteen month drilling programme on its thirteen gold and base metal prospecting licences.
