Joint venture agreement
IMC Exploration Group Plc is pleased to announce that its wholly owned
subsidiary, IMC Exploration Limited has signed an agreement with Koza Limited,
a subsidiary of Koza Altin Isletmeleri A.S. regarding gold, silver and base
metal exploration activities on IMC's licence areas in Ireland.
Exploration activities will be funded and executed in accordance with the
agreement and Koza Ltd will have the right to own 55% shares of the JV company
which will operate and/or develop the project. Koza will have the option to
increase the ownership rights up to 75% based on further committed funding
under the agreement.
Commenting IMC's Dr. Glenn Millar said. "We are delighted to partner with such

projects'.
